Patient representative

Ball Memorial Hospital's Patient Representative Department provides a centralized process through which patients and families can seek solutions to problems affecting quality care. 

The patient representative also offers a language bank. This service provides interpreters for limited English proficiency patients, hearing impaired, and limited visual assistance.
