Emergency services

The Emergency Department at BMH is a 21,000 square-foot facility positioned at the front of the hospital for visibility and accessibility.  The space is home to 35 private rooms that are large enough for each patient and their families.

The Emergency Department has dedicated X-ray and lab services and electronic tracking systems used to facilitate patients’ movements through triage and treatment.

The Emergency Department is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week and does not deny treatment to any patient, regardless of insurance, income or ability to pay.
