If you have any concerns about patient care or safety, please contact the Nursing Supervisor, the Administrator on call, or Administration.  If your issues cannot be resolved by the Hospital, you may also contact the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO), or the Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH).
