Medical Management

Individual Nutrition Counseling by a Registered Dietitian is available.  Specialized diet instruction can be provided for individuals with diabetes, over- or underweight concerns, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, eating disorders, and other diagnoses requiring nutrition intervention.  Physician referral is required for this service.  Appointments can be scheduled through Access Services (765) 751-2727.
